We promote a focus on the whole athlete from 9 years old to graduating seniors.  We believe long term improvement is preferred to short term gains with risks of overuse injuries.  As a result, we strive to build athletes up gradually day after day, week after week, and year after year.  Through proven running strategies, flexibility exercises, body weight resistance, and weighted core work our methods are designed to make our runners better now but keep them running strong years down the road.

Our goal is to help athletes improve in their respective events, including sprinting, distance running, and field events...


Workouts

Workouts are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.
Every workout consists of a warm-up. training time, conditioning, and stretching.


  • We start with a short meeting at the Owasso Track & Cross Country Fieldhouse
  • Athletes are divided by age, event, and ability level
  • Running workouts generally last about an hour
  • Strength & Conditioning and Stretching make up the last hour of practice
  • Tuesdays are fieldtrip days.  We take our runners to run in different locations around Owasso and Tulsa including Mohawk Park, Turkey Mountain, and the Tulsa Trail System
  • Wednesday is an off day to give runners a chance to recover or cross-train
  • Thursday and Friday complete the workout week with a long run encouraged over the weekend
